The Company implements a process to collect and respond to concerns and expectations from all stakeholder groups through various channels. The concerns and expectations shall be taken into considerations and translated into directions
to improve business operations to ensure a comprehensive stakeholder engagements and risk mitigations.
True has a Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee to oversee business operations to meet the expectations of six groups of stakeholders: customers, employees, business partners and suppliers, shareholders, government agencies, and government agencies. The purpose of this process, as guided by the Sustainability Policy, is to demonstrate respect for stakeholders’ rights, fair treatments to all stakeholders, and maintaining mutual dialogues with them to ensure sustainable
business operations and good relationships.
1. To provide guidelines and channels for communication with stakeholders, including the effective exchange of information.
2. To collect opinions, concerns and perceptions of stakeholders appropriately and inclusively.
3. To use the information obtained to develop or improve the Company’s work processes.
True establishes guidelines for stakeholder engagement in accordance with the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (AA1000SES) and ISO 26000: 2010 Social Responsibility Standard.
